Updated 29/05/2020 · If you have symptoms associated with coronavirus including a new continuous cough and a high temperature, you are advised to stay at home for 7 days. Do not book a GP appointment or attend your GP Practice.

Thornbury Health Centre is open however the front doors have been closed to minimise the footfall in and out of the practice.
If you have a confirmed face to face appointment, please make yourself known at the assistance point and we will let you in.
If you do not yet have an appointment but need medical assistance, please contact reception by telephone in the usual way.
If you would like to request a repeat prescription, the best way to do so is online. If you do not yet have this facility, please ask our reception team to assist you.
