We aim to support Streamside Surgery to ensure the needs and priorities of all patients are met.
We do this by:
• Meeting regularly with the Practice Manager and our link GP so they can share information about practice developments and we can offer feedback on them.
• Gathering and collating feedback from patients.
• Working in small groups and individually on identified improvements and/or changes.
